Contributor-level stored XSS via uagb block rendering

Stored XSS in Brainstorm Force Spectra Legacy 2.19.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts via a uagb block. The uagb block rendering path inadequately sanitizes stored block input and fails to escape it before emitting page output. Contributor-level access is sufficient; the injected script executes in the browser of each user who visits the affected page, allowing browser-context data access or actions.
