Firefox XSS via incomplete dependency-proxy CSP

Cross-site scripting in GitLab EE 16.6 through 17.9.6, 17.10 through 17.10.4, and 17.11.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script. The Maven Dependency Proxy caches an attacker-controlled multipart response whose script-src-elem or script-src-attr directive overrides the restrictive script-src policy. A low-privileged user must enable and populate the proxy, and another user must open the cached artifact in Firefox, exposing that user's browser session to script execution.
