Arbitrary file access via interpolated ref_doc_id

SQL injection in the LlamaIndex DuckDB integration before 0.3.1 allows remote attackers to read and write server files via ref_doc_id. DuckDBVectorStore.delete inserts ref_doc_id directly between quotes in a DELETE statement instead of binding it as data, so crafted SQL changes the statement. Exploitation requires a consuming application to expose attacker-controlled document deletion; file access and resulting code execution are limited by the application process and DuckDB permissions.
