SQL injection and crashes via unchecked escaping errors

Improper error handling in PHP pgsql and pdo_pgsql allows remote attackers to inject SQL or crash PHP through invalid strings. The extensions pass no error pointer to PQescapeStringConn and fail to test NULL returns from PQescapeIdentifier or PQescapeLiteral, so rejected input can remain improperly escaped or reach NULL-pointer call sites. Exposure requires an application to send attacker-controlled, invalidly encoded text through PostgreSQL escaping or quoting; outcomes are limited to SQL injection or a PHP process crash.
