Kernel exceptions via improperly locked pvr_exp_fence

Use-after-free in Imagination Technologies Graphics DDK 24.1 through 24.3 allows local users to trigger kernel exceptions via GPU system calls. The kernel module fails to keep the pvr_exp_fence object locked while it is accessed, allowing the object to be freed while still in use. A non-privileged local process with GPU-driver access can interrupt the host by provoking the exception; no data disclosure or modification is reported.
