Device unenrollment and request interception via component loading

ComponentInstaller modification in Google ChromeOS 15823.23.0 allows local users to unenroll managed Chromebooks and intercept requests. ComponentInstaller loads attacker-controlled components from the unencrypted stateful partition into the device-management path. Access to an enrolled Chromebook is required; exploitation removes enrollment and permits interception of device-management requests.
