Denial of service via missing WebSocket length validation

An infinite loop in F5 NGINX Unit 1.11.0 through 1.34.1 allows remote attackers to cause limited denial of service via WebSocket requests. The Java Language Module fails to validate a WebSocket payload length, allowing an undisclosed request to trap a module process in a CPU-consuming loop. Exposure requires the Java Language Module to process WebSockets on the data plane; the control plane is unaffected, and the consequence is service degradation rather than a reported crash.
