Code execution via crafted PDF heap overflow

Heap-based buffer overflow in Autodesk desktop products allows attackers to execute code via a crafted PDF that a user links or imports. The PDF-processing component writes beyond a heap buffer while handling the crafted file; Autodesk has not published the affected function or field. Attackers must persuade a user to link or import the file, after which code runs in the current process or the process can crash or disclose data.
