Contributor-level stored XSS via unescaped post title

Stored XSS in Qode Interactive Qi Blocks before 1.4 allows remote authenticated users to execute script via a crafted post title. The Table of Contents block outputs the post title into a page or post without validating and escaping the value. Contributor access is required to add the block and malicious title, and the script runs in a user's browser when the post is previewed or viewed.
