Contributor-level stored XSS via unescaped Counter label

Stored XSS in Qi Blocks before 1.4 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript through a crafted Counter block label. The Counter block outputs its Digit Label option into a page or post without validation or escaping. Contributor-level access is sufficient to store the payload, and the script runs when a user previews or views the affected content.
