JavaScript execution via unsanitized _operation parameter
Published Feb 24, 2025 · Updated Mar 3, 2025
Reflected XSS in Vtiger CRM 6.4.0 and 6.5.0 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript via the Mobile endpoint. The /modules/Mobile/index.php endpoint fails to sanitize the _operation parameter, allowing an encoded javascript link to reach the response. Exploitation requires a victim to follow the crafted link and activate its injected link; script execution occurs in that victim's browser session.
