Cross-site scripting in SourceCodester Employee Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script via a department name. department.php uses the Department Name value in Department Page output without neutralizing script-capable input. Exploitation requires high privileges and user interaction, and the injected script executes when the affected page is viewed.
