Stored XSS via unsanitized logo URL

Stored XSS in Otale Tale Blog 2.0.0 through 2.0.5 allows remote authenticated users to run scripts through a crafted logo URL. The theme/setting route stores logo_url through OptionsService, and header.html emits it into the default theme without sanitization or contextual encoding. Administrative access is required to change the theme setting, and the script executes when another user loads a page that renders the header.
