Insecure direct object reference in Harpia DiagSystem 12 allows remote authenticated users to access other examination images. The /diagsystem/PACS/atualatendimento_jpeg.php endpoint accepts cod and codexame object identifiers without enforcing ownership authorization. A valid low-privilege session is required, and successful exploitation discloses examination JPEGs without changing records or interrupting service.
