Unauthenticated account takeover via brute-forced reset OTP

Weak password recovery in wpWax Directorist 8.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to take over any WordPress account via OTP brute force. The directorist_generate_password_reset_pin_code() and reset_user_password() functions lack brute-force controls and fail to verify that reset requests are authorized, allowing a generated OTP to be guessed and used to replace another user's password. No authentication is required, and resetting an administrator's password grants control of the site's administrative account.
