Remote service crash via malformed CER parsing

Memory corruption in Open5GS 2.7.0 and 2.7.1 freeDiameter allows remote authenticated users to crash a Diameter service. The parserules_check_one_rule path enters an unrecoverable error branch for a malformed Capabilities-Exchange-Request, and diam_log_func escalates it to an unconditional abort. Network access to the configured Diameter listener, commonly TCP or SCTP port 3868, is required; one crafted request terminates the worker process.
