Unauthenticated service interruption via persistent PUT files

Resource exhaustion in TBEA TLogger 2.1.0.0B0.0.0.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to interrupt service via unauthenticated PUT requests. The web server writes attacker-controlled request bodies beneath /opt/myapp/webserver/ and then attempts to move the files into a nonexistent directory, leaving them persistent. Network reachability to the web interface is sufficient; repeated requests consume available storage until the device can no longer provide service.
