Process crash via opposedVertexInd out-of-bounds read

Out-of-bounds read in Artem Amirkhanov CDT before 1.4.5 allows attackers to crash the calling process via crafted geometry data. Floating-point intersection results can round outside both adjacent triangles, after which opposedVertexInd() accesses triangle vertex data with an invalid index. Processing attacker-controlled, nearly-degenerate constraint edges through a file parser or direct API call is sufficient to terminate the consuming application.
