Provisioning disclosure via adoption registration race

Race condition in TP-Link Omada device adoption allows remote authenticated users to receive provisioning information for another device. The cloud workflow accepts a competing adoption interaction before the legitimate device completes registration and sends that device's provisioning data to the competing party. Exploitation requires low privileges, active user interaction, and precise timing within the incomplete-registration window.
