SSRF in Kyverno before 1.13.4 allows remote authenticated users to exfiltrate Kubernetes resource data through Service Calls. The apiCall/service handler accepts external URLs without restricting resolution to in-cluster services and posts policy context data to the resolved destination. Policy or ClusterPolicy creation permission is required, and exposed data can include cluster secrets.
