CVE-2025-15607

Authenticated command execution via unvalidated file concatenation

Published Mar 20, 2026 · Updated Mar 20, 2026

Command injection in TP-Link Archer AX53 v1 before 251029 allows remote authenticated users to execute shell commands via mscd debug functionality. The mscd service redirects debug logs to attacker-selected files, then concatenates unvalidated file content into a shell command without neutralizing command syntax. Reachability requires high-privilege access from an adjacent network and processing of attacker-influenced file content; successful execution grants full control of the router.
