CVE-2025-15606

Unauthenticated httpd crash via unsanitized requests

Published Mar 23, 2026 · Updated Mar 23, 2026

Improper input validation in TP-Link TD-W8961N v4.0 before V4_250925 allows remote attackers on an adjacent network to crash httpd. The httpd component processes crafted requests without adequate input sanitization, triggering a processing error that terminates the service. No authentication or user interaction is required, but access is limited to an adjacent network and the reported consequence is an httpd service interruption.
