CVE-2025-15603

Rejected because JWT-key fallback is unreachable

Published Mar 9, 2026 · Updated Mar 9, 2026

Open WebUI does not contain the reported JWT-key vulnerability because the CNA withdrew the rejected record after investigation. Every supported startup path sets or generates WEBUI_SECRET_KEY before env.py loads, leaving the public t0p-s3cr3t fallback unreachable. Direct uvicorn invocation was the only path to that fallback, but it is unsupported; no Open WebUI release is affected.
