Memory leak in NewCodePage in Wasm3 0.5.0 and earlier allows local users to exhaust process memory via a crafted WebAssembly module. When stack validation reports an incorrect value count, the error path aborts without freeing the roughly 263 MB code page allocated by calloc. Local execution of the crafted module is required; repeated failures can exhaust memory and crash a long-running service.
