Local process crash via decompression cleanup race

Use-after-free in lrzip 0.651 allows local users to crash the process by testing a crafted LZMA archive with parallel workers. The decompression error path in lzma_decompress_buf writes through an uncomp_thread pointer after clear_rulist frees the shared ucthreads allocation during concurrent cleanup. Triggering requires local execution against the crafted archive and a cleanup race between worker threads; the public reproduction demonstrates an AddressSanitizer abort, not code execution.
