Information disclosure via oversized AK hexdump
Published Feb 4, 2026 · Updated Feb 4, 2026
Stack buffer over-read in Open5GS 2.7.0 through 2.7.6 allows remote attackers to expose adjacent stack data through debug logging. In hss_ogs_diam_cx_mar_cb, ogs_log_hexdump reads the six-byte AK buffer using the longer OGS_KEY_LEN instead of OGS_AK_LEN. Triggering requires an HSS Cx-MAR path that reaches the affected debug log; the demonstrated result is an out-of-bounds read, with possible instability or leakage into logs.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
