CVE-2025-15549Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Stored XSS via unsanitized public SVG uploads

Published Jan 29, 2026 · Updated Jan 29, 2026

Stored XSS in FluentCMS 0.0.5 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript through uploaded SVG files. The File Management upload path accepts SVG content without sanitizing embedded scripts, stores it in a public directory, and serves it without restrictive security headers. Administrator access is required to plant the file, and JavaScript runs in the browser of any user who visits its public URL, enabling actions in that user's session.
