Credential disclosure via Web UI script injection
Published Apr 29, 2025 · Updated Aug 28, 2025
Cross-site scripting in IBM Operational Decision Manager 8.11.0.1, 8.11.1.0, 8.12.0.1, and 9.0.0.1 allows remote attackers to disclose credentials. The product places attacker-controlled content in the Web UI without adequately neutralizing executable JavaScript; IBM has not disclosed the affected page, parameter, or code path. Exploitation requires a user to render the injected content in a trusted session, where the script can alter displayed functionality and expose credentials.
