Browser session theft via unencoded survey content

Stored XSS in ngSurvey Enterprise 3.6.4 through 3.6.16 allows remote authenticated users to run JavaScript in other users' browsers. The survey content and administration renderer outputs crafted survey content without proper encoding, causing stored script markup to execute when another user views it. Survey creation or edit privileges are required; a victim must view the content, after which the script can steal session information and perform unauthorized actions in that user's context.
