CVE-2025-15474Public exploit

Keypad lockout via unthrottled BLE connections

Published Jan 7, 2026 · Updated Jan 7, 2026

DoS in AuntyFey Smart Combination Lock firmware through 2025-12-24 allows physically proximate attackers to block unlocking via BLE floods. The BLE interface accepts repeated unauthenticated connection attempts without throttling, interrupting keypad PIN entry and forcing lockout every 10–15 seconds. The attacker needs BLE range and the broadcast MAC address after a physical button press; sustained attempts keep the keypad unusable on default and custom configurations.
