CVE-2025-15471Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Unauthenticated root command execution via raw SZCMD

Published Jan 6, 2026 · Updated Jan 6, 2026

OS command injection in TRENDnet TEW-713RE 1.02 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands through its web interface. The unauthenticated /goformX/formFSrvX handler passes the user-controlled SZCMD request parameter directly to a root shell without validation. A single network request grants root-level control of the extender, including file and service manipulation.
