Authenticated router crash via unchecked strcpy
Published Jan 5, 2026 · Updated Jan 5, 2026
Buffer overflow in UTT 进取 520W 1.7.7-180627 allows remote authenticated users to crash the router via a crafted selDateType value. The /goform/formTaskEdit handler passes attacker-controlled data to strcpy at an offset in an internal structure without checking its length, overwriting adjacent memory. Access to the management endpoint and an authenticated session are required; the published proof of concept demonstrates a service interruption rather than code execution.
