Authenticated configuration manipulation via expression execution

Remote expression execution in Milvus 2.6.0 through 2.6.7 allows remote authenticated users to alter server configuration via /expr. The HTTP handler passes the code parameter to expr.Exec, which compiles and runs it with paramtable.Get() exposed in the expression environment. Access requires the auth value derived from etcd.rootPath, whose default is by-dev; successful expressions can read or write runtime configuration or exhaust resources.
