Local SGW-C crash via missing bearer fields

Improper input handling in Open5GS 2.7.0 through 2.7.6 allows local users to crash SGW-C via crafted GTPv2-C session traffic. The sgwc_s5c_handle_create_session_response function breaks rather than returning when a bearer context lacks an EPS Bearer ID or S5/S8-U F-TEID, then activates a PFCP FAR with incomplete state. Local access to the mobile-core control plane and the ability to inject the crafted session flow are required; the failed assertion aborts SGW-C.
