Database data disclosure via raw search expression
Published Dec 31, 2025 · Updated Dec 31, 2025
SQL injection in the KodiCMS Search API through 13.82.135 allows remote authenticated users to read database data through crafted searches. The Model_Page::like() method passes the search value to DB::expr(), treating it as raw SQL rather than an escaped query parameter. Reachability requires API mode and a valid API key or authenticated session; crafted searches expose database names, credentials, and other stored data.
