Missing authorization in PHPGurukul Small CRM 4.0 allows remote authenticated users to access administrative functions via direct URL requests. The login flow records identity but not role, while admin/edit-user.php checks authentication without validating administrative permissions. Any authenticated account can therefore reach the admin panel and read or modify user data, including user records.
