Authenticated heap over-read via SCP path cleanup

Heap buffer over-read in wolfSSH 1.4.12 through 1.4.20 allows remote authenticated users to read one byte past a heap buffer via SCP. wolfSSH_CleanPath() processes a client-supplied path containing '/./' and reads one byte beyond the string's allocated boundary. The server must be built with SCP support and accept an authenticated user's SCP request; the published consequence is limited to a one-byte over-read.
