CVE-2025-15374Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Stored XSS via decoded Ask content

Published Dec 31, 2025 · Updated Dec 31, 2025

Stored XSS in the EyouCMS Ask Module through 1.7.7 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in a viewer's browser. GetAskDetailsData() and GetAskReplyData() call htmlspecialchars_decode() on stored question and answer content, reversing entity encoding before output. A registered account and an enabled Ask Module are required to store the payload, and a victim must view the affected content before browser-context actions occur.
