Root access via hard-coded shadow password

Hard-coded credentials in Tenda i24 and six other appliances allow local users to obtain root access through a shared password. The /etc_ro/shadow file embeds the Fireitup password for the root account instead of provisioning a device-specific secret. A low-privilege local account is required; the recovered credential permits an unauthorized root login and full appliance control.
