Authenticated command execution via unquoted cmd parameter

Command injection in D-Link DI-7400G+ 19.12.25A1 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands via an HTTP GET request. The msp_info_htm handler concatenates the nonempty cmd query value into a command string and passes it to the system command executor without neutralizing shell metacharacters. Access to the router's management interface and valid login permission are required; successful exploitation runs commands with the web service's device privileges.
