CVE-2025-15351

Code execution via unsafe CHX deserialization

Published Jan 23, 2026 · Updated Jan 23, 2026

Deserialization of untrusted data in Anritsu VectorStar 2024.11.1 allows remote attackers to execute code through a crafted CHX file. The CHX parser deserializes user-supplied file data without adequate validation, permitting attacker-controlled objects to execute in the current process. Exploitation requires a user to visit a malicious page or open the file, after which the code gains the process's access to data and instrument functions.
