Stored XSS via unescaped key-file usernames

Stored XSS in Payara Server's REST Management Interface allows local users to execute code in an administrator's browser. The interface inserts usernames read from domain key files into generated HTML without escaping markup, including REST user listings and administrator pages. Exploitation requires filesystem access to alter a key file and an administrator to load the affected interface, where the injected script runs in that administrator's browser.
