Unauthenticated SSRF via unrestricted TimThumb source URL

Server-side request forgery in FeehiCMS 2.1.0 and 2.1.1 allows remote attackers to make server-originated requests via src. frontend/web/timthumb.php enables external fetching and sets ALLOW_ALL_EXTERNAL_SITES to true, so the supplied URL is fetched without a domain restriction. No authentication is required; crafted URLs can reach internal services or retrieve attacker-selected external images through the server.
