Authenticated file disclosure via unsanitized firmware path

Path traversal in D-Link DCS-850L 1.02.09 allows remote authenticated users on the local network to read device files. The uploadfirmware handler passes the user-controlled DownloadFile path to sub_42B634, which calls open() without rejecting traversal sequences. Low-privilege access to the adjacent network and firmware-update interface is required; successful exploitation exposes files readable by that service.
