Race condition in the Purchase Request Handler in PHPEMS 11.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to obtain courses without spending points. The points-consumption path checks and deducts a shared balance without atomicity or synchronization, so concurrent purchase requests reuse the same points. An account with valid points and tightly timed parallel requests is required; successful exploitation grants repeated course access and affects integrity only.
