Absolute path traversal in QOCA aim AI Medical Cloud Platform 2.7.5 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read folder names. The platform resolves an attacker-supplied absolute path outside its intended directory and returns names from the specified folder, but no endpoint or parameter is public. A low-privileged account and network access are required, and the documented consequence is limited to directory-name disclosure rather than file-content access or modification.
