Authenticated file disclosure via unchecked store_id

Improper authorization in Student File Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to download files belonging to other users. The download.php handler accepts a caller-controlled store_id and retrieves the referenced file without verifying that the active account owns it. A valid low-privilege account and another file identifier are sufficient to read that file; no write or administrative access is reported.
