CVE-2025-15194Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Unauthenticated code execution via Cookie buffer overflow

Published Dec 29, 2025 · Updated Dec 29, 2025

Stack-based buffer overflow in D-Link DIR-600 2.15WWb02 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a crafted Cookie header. The hedwigcgi_main path obtains HTTP_COOKIE through sess_get_uid and passes it to sprintf into a fixed-size stack buffer without length validation. No authentication or user interaction is required; an oversized uid Cookie can overwrite saved registers and the return address to redirect execution to injected shellcode.
