Authenticated code execution via oversized SafeEmailFilter page parameter
Published Dec 29, 2025 · Updated Dec 29, 2025
Stack-based buffer overflow in Tenda WH450 1.0.0.18 allows remote authenticated users to execute code via a crafted page parameter. The /goform/SafeEmailFilter HTTP handler accepts an overlong page value and places 266 bytes into a 256-byte stack buffer without enforcing its boundary. Administrator-level access is required by the published CVSS assessment; successful triggering allows code execution or crashes the router.
