Authenticated code execution via oversized delno parameter
Published Dec 28, 2025 · Updated Dec 28, 2025
Stack-based buffer overflow in Tenda WH450 1.0.0.18 allows remote authenticated users to execute code or crash the router via crafted HTTP requests. The /goform/PPTPUserSetting handler processes an oversized delno query value without enforcing a safe length bound, overwriting stack memory. Administrative access to the management interface is required, and successful exploitation compromises the device or interrupts routing service.
